Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase!
If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your items, we will happily accept your items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
All Returns and Exchanges must:
- Include original Receipt or Invoice included with your order
- Be in original condition, unused and unworn (no marks/stains/rips/smells)
Returns for a Full Refund or Store Credit
We will gladly offer a full refund or store credit equal to the price of the product if you change your mind or an alternative size isn’t available within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot refund or credit any shipping costs and the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless your items arrived damaged or faulty.
We will happily exchange any item that is still in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your items. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you, however, if you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with photos and a description of the faults before returning to us for a refund, store credit or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty.
If you would like to return an item, please notify us first at email@example.com along with the following information:
- Contact number
- Receipt number
- Reason for return
- Photograph (only for faulty items)
