All deliveries come with tracking and are automatically labelled as 'authority to leave'. If you would like to sign for your delivery, please contact us. This can be arranged for a nominal fee.

We do offer free shipping with a minimum spend of $65.

Flat Rate Delivery: $13.00 AUD (usually 5-10 business days)

Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipients responsibility and Pup Swag are not held responsible for these costs.

If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges.
